Daniella's SMS Texting Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to and using our SMS service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Daniella’s SMS Texting delivers updates, promotions, and important information via SMS to subscribers who opt in to receive these messages.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Daniella’s SMS Texting. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

The number of messages you receive may vary based on your interaction with us and ongoing promotional activity.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages, simply reply STOP to any message. Once your request is processed, you will no longer receive messages from us.

5. Fees and Charges

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Daniella’s is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. Your information is used solely to provide the SMS service you’ve requested. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via SMS to your registered mobile number.

By subscribing to Daniella’s SMS Texting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

📵 Your mobile data will never be sold or shared with third parties — we wouldn’t want that either.

Please note: Prices are subject to change without notice, and the prices listed include a credit card fee. If paying with cash, there will be a 4% discount. Consumption of undercooked meat, poultry, eggs, or seafood may increase the risk of food-borne illnesses. We are not responsible for the appearance and taste of meats ordered well done. Please inform your server if you or anyone in your party has a food allergy. Our kitchen is not an allergy-free space, and we will be as accommodating as possible, but cross-contamination can occur. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide separate checks for parties consisting of 6 or more individuals, parties of 8 or more will be automatically charged an 18% gratuity and, any groups bringing their own dessert will incur a $5.00 per person cake-cutting fee.
