1. SPONSOR

The Daniella’s Prize Wheel Instant Win & Grand Prize Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Daniella’s Steakhouse, 670 State Fair Blvd., Syracuse, NY 13209, 315-471-9874 (“Sponsor”).

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Monday, September 7, 2026.

Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Daniella’s Steakhouse and individuals directly involved in the administration of the Promotion may not participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit Daniella’s Prize Wheel during the Promotion Period, complete the required entry information, confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules, and submit one spin.

Limit one valid entry per person per Eastern Time calendar day.

Entries are limited by both email address and telephone number. If either the email address or telephone number submitted has already been used for an entry that calendar day, an additional entry will not be permitted.

Each valid daily spin provides:

One opportunity to win an Instant Win Prize; and

One automatic entry into the $250 Grand Prize drawing.

Participants may return on subsequent calendar days during the Promotion Period for another valid spin and another Grand Prize entry.

No additional purchase, social media follow, tag, comment, share or other action is required.

1. GRAND PRIZE ENTRY

Every valid daily Prize Wheel entry received during the entire Promotion Period will automatically be included in the Grand Prize drawing.

This includes valid entries received beginning at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on August 25, 2026, including entries submitted before the Grand Prize portion of the Promotion was publicly announced.

Each valid daily entry counts as one Grand Prize entry. Therefore, a participant who submits one valid entry on multiple eligible days will receive one Grand Prize entry for each of those days.

The Grand Prize is separate from the Instant Win Prize Wheel. Winning an Instant Win Prize does not prevent an entrant from winning the Grand Prize.

1. INSTANT WIN PRIZES

A total of 68 Instant Win Prizes are available:

30 $10 Daniella’s E-Gift Cards

20 $25 Daniella’s E-Gift Cards

5 $50 Daniella’s E-Gift Cards

1 $100 Daniella’s E-Gift Card

12 Daniella’s Plush Cows, approximate retail value $15 each

Total approximate retail value of all Instant Win Prizes: $1,330.

1. $250 GRAND PRIZE

One Grand Prize will be awarded:

One $250 Daniella’s Gift Card

Approximate retail value: $250.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes available in the Promotion, including Instant Win Prizes and the Grand Prize: $1,580.

1. INSTANT WIN PRIZE SELECTION

Instant Win Prizes are assigned to predetermined, undisclosed release times throughout the Promotion Period.

When a prize reaches its predetermined release time, it becomes available to be won.

The first eligible valid entry received after a prize becomes available will be awarded that available prize, subject to verification.

If no eligible participant enters immediately following a prize release time, the prize remains available and rolls forward until awarded. Previously released and unclaimed prizes remain available until claimed by an eligible entry.

When more than one previously released prize is available, the oldest available prize is awarded first.

Not every spin will result in an Instant Win Prize.

The visual appearance or stopping position of the Prize Wheel is used to communicate the result determined by the Promotion system and does not independently determine prize availability.

1. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING

After the Promotion closes, one potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing is expected to take place on or about September 8, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with their entry.

The potential winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements and may be required to verify information before the prize is awarded.

If the selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to provide requested verification, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

1. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the timing and number of eligible entries received in relation to the predetermined prize release times.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

1. GIFT CARD FULFILLMENT

Instant Win E-Gift Card winners will receive their Daniella’s E-Gift Card at the email address provided with their entry, generally within 24 hours following verification.

The $250 Grand Prize Gift Card will be provided to the verified Grand Prize winner following winner notification and verification.

Gift cards are subject to Daniella’s Steakhouse’s applicable gift card terms and conditions and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

1. PLUSH COW FULFILLMENT

Winners of a Daniella’s Plush Cow will be contacted by email, generally within 24 hours, to obtain the mailing information necessary to fulfill the prize.

Standard shipping will be provided at no charge to the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by a winner.

1. RECENT WINNERS DISPLAY

Sponsor may display the first name and prize won by Instant Win winners in a Recent Winners ticker or similar feature on the Daniella’s Prize Wheel webpage.

For privacy, Sponsor intends to display only a winner’s first name and the prize won and will not publicly display the winner’s email address, telephone number or other entry contact information in the winner ticker.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their first name and prize may be displayed in this manner if they win an Instant Win Prize.

1. WINNER VERIFICATION

All winners are subject to verification by Sponsor.

Sponsor may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or fulfill a prize.

An entrant is not considered a confirmed winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

1. ENTRY INFORMATION

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that cannot be completed, verified or fulfilled because of incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by an entrant.

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, communicate with entrants and winners as necessary, fulfill prizes, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and otherwise as described in Daniella’s Steakhouse’s applicable privacy policy.

1. FRAUDULENT OR IMPROPER ENTRIES

Use of multiple email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, automated entry methods, bots, scripts or other methods intended to circumvent the one-entry-per-day limitation is prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants reasonably believed to be fraudulent, manipulated, automated, submitted in violation of these Official Rules or otherwise intended to interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion.

1. TECHNICAL ISSUES

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet or cellular interruptions, browser compatibility issues, website errors, lost transmissions, delayed entries or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If the Promotion is affected by fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event that materially affects its integrity or proper administration, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and determine winners from eligible entries received in a fair and reasonable manner.

1. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Any federal, state or local taxes associated with a prize are the responsibility of the winner where applicable.

1. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Daniella’s Steakhouse and its owners, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except to the extent such limitation or release is prohibited by applicable law.

1. SPONSOR DECISIONS

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entries, prize availability, winner verification and administration of the Promotion are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

1. INSTAGRAM AND META DISCLAIMER

The Promotion may be advertised or promoted through Instagram, Facebook or other Meta platforms.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility relating to the administration of this Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

By submitting an entry and participating in Daniella’s Prize Wheel, the entrant confirms that they have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules & Terms.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Official Rules in a manner consistent with applicable law.
